Nice one. Will do when I get back on the machine. Typically can't access on my iPhone which is where I browse the forum from most!

UPDATE - now upvoted, hopefully more will join on this

glad it worked out for you, I'm still determined to wait for it but may have to cave in soon. The creators black cloud hanging over me is irritating to say the least!
It's your deal but I wouldn't overrate the value of it coming through WU. Look at my example, I waited patiently and what did it get me? Falling prey to the Broadcom issue still, which didn't get fixed til the following update. Manual install would've given me that insight a lot sooner at least, and the information of how to avoid the issue (disabling in BIOS).

Not trying to derail this thread, but do we know when the fall creators update comes out? It such a loose name because the season starts september and last until november.

    Only in Northern Hemisphere!

Best guess is end of September if recent patterns are followed.

After many attempts to get creators installed on one computer, I was finally successful. Don't know what changed, but the install routine deviated and took a long time toward the end of the setting up, saying the setup is taking longer than usual and it kept saying this for 30 minutes, culminating in an install that has everything working flawlessly.

User Dravion, looks like your post was deleted due to use of foul language and racial slur.

Try that again in a less offensive manner. You had some valid points, although I personally think there's no need to get THAT angry about it. I manage to use Windows 10 productively and just ignore the features I don't need. Don't really feel anything's forced on me. Microsoft "spying" on you is a myth.

What is your particular issue with HDD drivers that makes you wanting them updated?

Well... just clean installed 1703 this weekend, I gotta say it feels more stable than 1607, and that is progress. And since my software now fully works on it, I'm happy.

Also, it installed 100% of all my devices, just had to update VGA drivers, Wi-Fi and sound manually to the best drivers I have, quite a time saver.

Regrettably, we are not mind readers - it would be nice to post a copy of your feedback so we can decide if we agree or not without having the hassle of opening up feedback hub to find out what we are looking at.
