You should be at 14393.1198. 14393.693 was released in January. There have been four cumulative updates since then. Does your update history show any update failures? You should determine why updates are not being applied to your computer. Microsoft is slowly sending out the Creators Update depending on your computer's ability to handle it. I would not mess with it at this point until you get the initial notification.
i disabled update in msservices .id ont liek to receive updates. why should one update every month .. atleast once a year is more than enough .. also my pc is permanently activated and smoothly running so why would i wwant to update, until my pc is running smoothly no necessary to update right..?

This user is too lucky to run into a bug on Creators Update.

I would not recommend creators update on desktop (yet).
There have been a few bugs raised that are still awaiting a fix.
There's supposed to by a Cumulative update around June 13th 2017, but that doesn't seem to have arrived yet.

If you're running old applications on desktop then I'd recommend checking that these will work first.

Initial tests of the 13th June 2017 cumulative update look positive. :)
