For whoever emailed me earlier (sorry I dumped the email and forgot the user name here)
Check out your 'device manager' and click on 'Show Hidden Devices' from the View menu. Scroll down to storage volumes and other categories and if your like me, right click and remove any non-connected hardware. You will see an abundance of entries greyed out indicating it's been re-assigned resources each time you download a new IP update. I just do it because I don't like looking at things that are not there. LOL.
This is just one of those 'it makes me feel better psychologically when no extra or non-existent hardware entries are visible' issue for me.

Just found a secret thingy:
And few more pages of that. It take a small registry change:
The secret Samples menu contains the Settings team’s "tests and examples" for future implementations.
To unlock it, firstly make sure you're running Build 16170 (you'll need to be a Windows Insider), and then follow these steps:
Type regedit in the Windows search box and hit enter.
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel in the registry editor.
Right-click in the right pane and select New >DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Call the new key EnableSamplesPage
Double-click the key and change the Value data to 1. Click OK.
Close the registry editor.
Restart Windows.
Go to Settings and you’ll see a new Samples section.

I guess I have to get latest Insider in a VM and test these "hidden" features/experiments.
I just returned back to 10.0.15063.14 (updated to 10.0.15063.138 now) because system was annoyingly slow and unstable after system being 2 days online in a row. Better be safe than sorry, these kind of glitches has totally destroyed my system before, and not going to do that dance again. :)
