These updates installed mid-way through the upgrade to the Creator Edition. Everything seems stable.
Today we’ve released updated drivers for Surface Book and Surface Pro 4. These include new driver updates for the Surface System Aggregator, Surface Integration, and the Intel(R) Precise Touch Device on Surface Book with the Windows 10 Creators Update installed, and Surface System Aggregator, Surface Integration, and the Intel (R) Precise Touch Device on Surface Pro 4 with the Windows 10 Creators Update installed. These updates resolve screen brightness issues when the device comes out of sleep, provide improvement to system stability, and adjust system hibernation defaults.
For Surface Book, the updates are available in MSI and ZIP format from the Surface Book Drivers and Firmware Page in the Microsoft Download Center. Click Download to download the following files:

For Surface Pro 4, the updates are available in MSI and ZIP formats from the Surface Pro 4 Drivers and Firmware Page in the Microsoft Download Center. Click Download to download the following files:

- Surface System Aggregator Firmware (v90.1610.256.0) resolves screen brightness issue when devices come out of sleep.

- Surface Integration (v1.1.328.0) adjusts system hibernation defaults.
Surface Pro 4
- Surface System Aggregator Firmware (v103.1610.256.0) resolves screen brightness issue when devices come out of sleep.
- Intel(R) Precise Touch Device (v1.2.0.83) improves system stability and performance.
- Surface Integration (v1.1.121.0) adjusts system hibernation defaults.

A newer version of SurfaceBook Update 17_016_00 (64 bit) is already installed.
