Apparently, previously a single svchost.exe would run multiple processes, but now each process can have its own svchost.exe. You probably have about the same number of processes running, it's just that you can see them all now. See this Solved thread...

From that article:
1. Increase reliability: If a service fails, only that instance of svchost.exe is taken down. Earlier, if one service failed, termination of svchost.exe causes other services to stop.
2. Increase Transparency: You can now track the system resources (Memory, CPU, Disk and Network usage) used by each service, from Task Manager’s Processes tab, or in the Details tab with command-line column enabled. The Command-line column in the Processes or Details tab would show the short name of the service.

Reloaded 7Games for 8 & 10 and all is good. The only thing I have found missing from Rt. Click Start is Control Panel-which can be gotten to by typing it into search; a magnyfing glass instead of a box this time

It used to be when you turned off notifications for firewall it was done...now that it's part of Defender I get the notification from there. I don't use Windows Firewall and I don't want to see that red X on the defender icon on the taskbar. Matter of fact I would be happy not to see the defender icon there at all....

Defender has a habit of undoing any changes you make to disable the icon in the notification area. You can make the icon disappear by killing the process that puts it there (doesn't stop Defender, just the icon). This still works in the Creators Update...
Cannot remove Windows Defender Tray Icon...you just have kill the task at start-up. You can do this for your user account by putting a .bat file in the folder:
C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
containing the command:
taskkill /im MSASCuiL.exe

I got " This PC has a problem, it must be started up again " with big blue screen , it starts up again .
And all seems to be fine,
this happened after the upgrade ,yesterday.

Disabling it in Task manager Startup did the trick for me. Took a couple of re-boots but it's gone! Thanks!

Now...it's hard to believe the Show Lock Screen image on Login screen issue still exists! Duh!
