    Ahh! Changing key owner to myself, plus adding myself then giving myself full control finally did it.

    @DJG, I don't use OneDrive and had removed it previously. Upgrading to the Creators Update restored it. The .reg files from this tutorial successfully removed it again.
    Enable or Disable OneDrive Integration

    I noticed that it still appeared in File Explorer for a while, but as soon as I clicked on it it disappeared.

    OK, just when I thought I was fine with Creators, my processes went from my usual 53-54 to 122 - there's a gazillion Service Host processes!

    It looks like MS split out all the processes that used to run under one copy of svchost so each now has it's own.

    Security or performance (or both) change???
