I just got some big update on my lumia 640.... Does this have anything to do with Creators?
No. Phones have to wait a little longer...
Windows Phone will follow the same phased approach, with rollout scheduled to begin April 25.

    Num Lock finally sticks!

Just updated the main rig through Windows update. Took about 40 minutes from start to finish. Everything went well with no noticeable issues other than my "unauthorized" Windows 7 games got axed, but a quick reinstall and all is good :)

With that as I start to use the PC more and more after the update than I'll be able to discern if there are any major issues for this rig. So far everything appears to be working though.

One good thing I noticed… Num Lock key now sticks upon restart/system boot. Noticed it on my backup machine but thought I was imagining things. Nope. MS fixed that. Thank you!!!

Here's the latest (Non-insiders) version number...

    I'm So Confused

I just updated (Windows Home) via Windows Update. Is this the Creators Update: V1607 OS Build 14393.1066?

Running "Check For Updates" again tells me my "Device Is Up To Date". This is on a Desktop Machine, NOT a Mobil Device.

Nope. MS are drip feeding distribution of creators update via windows update. None of my machines got offered it yesterday nor did anyone I know. Looks like global roll out is really slow.

OK, I'm usually "the last to know" anyway. Thanks Scotty, you have a good day.

No, 1703 is Creator. 1607 is Anniversary. See my post above yours. 1703 is Creator.

If you really don't want to wait for it, just go to the first page and use the Media Creation Tool? It's the same update. No issue with the MCT tool as I used it for my laptop when I did a clean install.

Also look for a pop-up telling you about privacy settings. Once you get that screen, the update won't be too far behind.

    Good luck.
