Cumulative Update KB4016252 for Windows 10 v1703 Build 15063.14 Insider
- We fixed an issue where printer connections from clients running older versions of Windows (V3-XPS-based-drivers) failed to connect to clients running the Windows 10 Creators Update.
- We fixed an issue where on some devices like the Surface Pro 3, the Windows audio device graph isolation would max out CPU utilization due to being stuck in an endless loop due to defective Realtek APOs.
- We fixed an issue where non-suspendable processes would suspend after waking a device.

Worked automatically in the background on both test machines. First time to get thru a recent cumulative update without any human intervention whatsoever. By the time I read Dona's tweet, my machines were already updated. Could this be a good sign for the upcoming update? I hope so!

PS: I will note that Windows Defender updates do hit a mysterious snag when the latest update is applied (I'm at 15063.14 on both test machines) that causes updates to apparently fail. But -- and I will blog about this in detail tomorrow -- switching to downloading updates from inside Defender itself, though it also provokes an error message too -- will ultimately fix this problem.Last edited by EdTittel; 04 Apr 2017 at 10:33.

Installation of Build 15063.14 (KB4016252) , went smooth, but on every reboot Malwarebytes 3.0.6.1469 (Paid, Full Version) loads with Exploit Protection OFF. I have to manually enable every time.

Today we are releasing 2 new Cumulative Updates for PC Build 15063 as we prepare the Windows 10 Creators Update to begin rolling out to customers around the world on April 11th.
Cumulative Update Build 15063.13 (KB4016251) is being released to Windows Insiders in the Slow and Release Preview rings. This Cumulative Update includes the same fixes from Cumulative Update 15063.11 plus these additional fixes:
Cumulative Update Build 15063.14 (KB4016252) is being released to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. This Cumulative Updater includes the same fixes from Cumulative Update 15063.11 AND Cumulative Update 15063.13 (see above) plus this additional fix:
