It looks like they have finally sorted out Windows Defender...including Health Scan....at least for Creator Preview.
    Keep clicking RETRY.
This must be for Creator Preview--not on 15063.11 --device performance and health button continues to be grayed out.

Yes on 15063.11, it's shown here But Health report and Fresh start don't have any buttons.

Seems to be doing the Health scan automatically on mine. Maybe Fresh Start isn't available unless there's a problem.

"Health report is not available" on mine. "Fresh start" I'm not about to test.

Says the same on mine as well. I assume that is just means all is fine so there is nothing to report. (I'm new to the Creators Update, as i've only just installed it through the links that are floating around. So its just my guess.)

OK, I now see what you are talking about. My last post was based on an Insider PC that I haven't done a clean install on for more than a year. A 2nd Insider PC I recently started with 15063 also shows "Health report is not available." Both have 15063.11.

For Fresh start you have to click on "Additional info" and then on "Introduction ".
