Drat! I guess that means the one I just downloaded via Media Creation Tool is the wrong version.
Probably. The version you download is tied to the version of the MCT. You need an updated one to get Creators. The version number for an MCT is the same as the version it will download. Check the file properties (details tab) - currently the MCT you can download still says 14393.

Useful Tip: If you want to be able to download an .iso for an earlier version after Creators is out, then keep the old MCT. I have kept them all, I used the 10240 one last month to make an 'original release' .iso.

Don't forget, we are on daylight savings time. 11 AM in Toronto is still 32 minutes from now.
I posted 11 AM EST. which at the time of that post was going to be 15 more minutes. Redmond is always 3 hours behind.

I seem to remember reading that Redmond doesn't send anything out until 11:00 AM Redmond time, Josey.

However, since I have that old folks disease (CRS), I could be wrong.

Thanks. Should have thought to check that before I bothered to download. It's 10.0.14393.591, so definitely not the CU.

It's just been updated. If you download the MCT now it says 10.0.15063.0

I'm currently using it to make the combined 32/64 bit USB media...

For the those of you who are eager to get the Creators Update right away, you will be able to initiate the update manually, starting on April 5th, via Update Assistant.

Nothing there yet. Maybe later today

    All I'm getting is this:

And when I check, I still have 14393.
