This Media Creation Tool produces exactly the same as an Insider Update option that I installed a week ago on another computer, which is still an Insider version....1703 Build 15063.13

1703 Build 15063.13......not 15063.00.?

Just installed, it's 15063.0

Upgrade Asst. gives 15063.13.

I did a clean install that was 15063.0, but then updated to 15063.13.

Must be in slow insider ring, it's 15063.14 in fast track.

Just received a (small) cumulative update that took it from 15063.11 to 15063.13.
