Yes, you are right, I have not set this because I thought that if you set
AutoEndTasks, HungAppTimeout is not requiered any more. Should I set this one, too, then? And should I set it in both locations (in the Registry) shown above?

you have to add all of them, and you have them set to 1000. in my instructions there is a note specifying you can't set them below 2000, or you will have problems. follow the instrux specifically to avoid problems.

Just FYI, I also have a dead Mail tile. Always had. Clean or upgraded build. Does anynone actually has a really live mail tile with snippets of unread e-mails appearing? I have just my Outlook.com account and the tile is set to Wide.
I don't think Mail is actually working as it should for anyone. At this pace, it's going to be one of the most criticised aspects of Windows 10 on July 29.
Okay, let's all hope for the best and keep reporting.
Now, another issue :
- I have set the Time to 24h format, in my system. On Windows logon screen though, where you enter the PIN, it shows a 12h format, without even showing AM or PM. I always prefer the 24h format, though.
Do you have this issue? Any way to fix it?
I have the same issue. It's a new bug that was first introduced in build 10162. I've already reported it through the Feedback app and on the Insider's forums.

I seem to have hit a snag. I have 10166 ready to download. But I have to download and install Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.201.1368.0) first. However, it had been stuck on 0% since last night and is still stuck. Any ideas.
That happened to me with Build 10158, and it just finally decided to update.

I run a dual boot rig, Lee, so if I want to get out of Windows 10 and re-enter Windows 8.1, I'd like things to shut down pretty quickly so I can get about my business.
That said, my system shuts down pretty quickly anyway. As well, even without an SSD drive, it boots within seconds.
. . .OK. . .just wondering sense I don't use dual booting. Instead I have three SSDs install in this machine with Win 7, and 8.1 in VMWare VMs. I like learning something new each day (especially with a fractured brain). . .

for those who want, you can disable the logon process completely on restarts, to get back into your system much more quickly. it set's the computer up to still ask for a passwork if the lid has been closed, coming back from sleep or after logging out. but on a simple restart, it bypasses the logon process completely so if you need to do a restart, you aren't slowed down by having to login again. jfyc.

Maybe I'm missing something here but I still (my original question) don't know how to download the ISO for 10166. Is there a link that I can use to get the file. I found a link for the previous build but now I would like the one for 10166. Could someone help me. Thank you.
There is not a valid ISO available for download yet for 10166, however if you do an upgrade to 10166 a copy of the ESD file is available on your C: drive and you can build your own ISO from it.

for those who want, you can disable the logon process completely on restarts, to get back into your system much more quickly. it set's the computer up to still ask for a passwork if the lid has been closed, coming back from sleep or after logging out. but on a simple restart, it bypasses the logon process completely so if you need to do a restart, you aren't slowed down by having to login again. jfyc.

Isn't this just in the Home version, and not in the Pro or Enterprise versions. . .just wondering because it would be nice even though the "Pin number" is really a nice feature. . .:)

I second this! After no more restart and everything's settled, turn it back as wish. Especially useful for our insiders.

there are plenty of iso's available for 10166. you just have to ask the right person, or look in the right places. try mike. he has given out a few of them.

It has worked for me with every Windows 10 Pro insider build so far.
I'm currently using build 10166 and it still works....no login for me.
