I linked to and posted those, as he posted earlier trying to enter a windows 8 key? Are we sure he downloaded from Microsoft?

This file explorer thing is another one of those things... why do you care so much if it reopens a few pixels differently than it last did? I didn't even notice until someone pointed it out...
Who said it was a show stopper? I just see someone reporting a bug?

I would agree if the feature didn't work at all but that's nit picking.. IMO.

I've got the British English, Swedish and Finnish 10166 upgrades but the US English machines simply do not find the upgrade.

Pretty well the same deal for me. As soon as it was posted as being available I booted up my Windows 10 PC and ran Windows update. Showed right away.

That's just it, if you're not paying close attention, then it would seem so. But if you open it, close it, open it, etc.. several times in a row, you can see that it slowly "creeps" across the screen.

It is in fact remembering it's size and location, but there's something in the startup that nudges it a few pixels down and to the right of the last position it closed in every time.

Ok, so who decides what gets reported and what doesn't? How does one know what to report and what not to report? Some here aren't as tech savvy as the rest. I'm not trying to be a smart @ss or anything but I just don't get that criticism for that post. Oh well?
