Xbox One Insider - March 24th Preview Beta & Ring 3 build 170321-1900

    Team,

Preview BETA and ALL Ring 3 - new build available at 6.00pm PDT today.

Thank you to all the Ring 3 users for your patience, we heard your frustration however we had to run some tests in the back end to ensure we were all set to release. Moving forward we are working to optimize this experience. Our goal for Ring 4 is Monday.

    The build contains various fixes.

We have just posted this to the Xbox Forums (restricted access via Xbox Insider membership) and I wanted to share here.

    NOTE:
    • The 1703 update was previously available to a subset of Preview Ring 3 users, and is now expanding to all of Preview Ring 3 users with this update.
    • This update (rs2_release_xbox_1703.170321-1800) became available to Preview Alpha on 3/23 and is now moving to Preview Beta and Preview Ring 3.

    HOW TO GET IT
    • If your console is in Instant-On mode and you have been selected to receive the update, it will download and install the update and reboot to standby.
    • NOTE: Once the update is available to you, you can manually begin the update by launching the Guide and navigating to All Settings > System > Updates.
    • If you have been selected to receive the update and your console hasn’t downloaded and installed the update by 2:00 PM PDT 3/25/2017, you will be prompted to do so at that time.

    DETAILS
    OS version released: rs2_release_xbox_1703.170321-1800
    Available: 6:00PM PDT 3/24 (1:00AM GMT 25/3)

    FIXES:

    Skate 3
    • Skate 3 should no longer crash to Home after attempting to join a Quick Match.

    Sign-In
    • Fixed an issue which could sometimes prevent users from signing-in.

    Miscellaneous
    • Miscellaneous fixes and improvements.

    KNOWN ISSUES:

    Settings - Display & sound
    • The Audio output page is under construction and some of the new settings are not yet functional. New support is planned for Dolby Atmos for home theater, Dolby Atmos for headphones, and more in upcoming builds. An announcement will be made when these new features are ready to try out; enabling these settings now will have no effect.

    Wireless Display
