When and where exactly can we expect this Creators Update to start rolling out for the public? Windows Update is telling me that it is on its way.
Currently RTM is to be released in Spring 2017, rumored to be around April 10th 2017. It will come down via Windows Update.

Unlikely. The practice in the past has been that the launch date marks the start of the roll-out. As with previous Features Updates (eg. Anniversary) this will likely be in phases, so you may not see it appear in your Windows Update straight away - some didn't get offered the AU until months later. This is what Microsoft said last time...
