Because they sort of did the same thing with the CU's. There are images posted on other sites of downloading the CU's and they failed.
The above post by you was true when posted.
But what you're posting is misleading and not true now., We can't be posing information that's no longer true and mislead others that the build is not available or pulled. It's not.

In my case that's normally "Mouth works before brains"; my dear greatly missed mom did her best to try to teach me to think before I say something, I somehow got it wrong and usually say something before I have thought it through.

LOL my latest ex-wife (number #4) told me often paraphrasing an old saying that I should keep my mouth shut letting people assume I might be intelligent rather than open it and prove they wrong.

Getting this now on my VM of Release Preview: (not Kari, just the 15063! )

UPDATE 3/30: Today we are moving Windows Insiders in the Release Preview ring to
the Windows 10 Creators Update (Build 15063).
That makes it pretty clear then.
