I am reluctant to upload over 13 GB to OneDrive just to be able to give you another download source. No offense, it just ties my whole upload capacity for hours.

Why don't you just create another user account, sign in to that, open In-Private browser and try again?

Thanks, but I got it resolved....I think...

It was NOT my account that got banned but my IP.

Downloading over LTE network now...will get 6-10MB/s anyways, compared to 35MB/s.
