Wait till MS release proper ISO. Some bits are not in right places yet.... This has happened before. 2015 if you google a bit about DISM error...

I have downloaded ISO straight from MS, but does not work.

Dona is talking about one more (final) build for Release preview Insider ring, not for Fast or Slow ring insiders.
Known issues are being fixed via revision releases. There is already build 15063.2.

It is a canary build, I saw it on builds feed, this has to be the one that Dona S. Is talking about. I am referring to build 15064, until this is signed off on Friday. Dona Sarkar can release builds.
