It's weird, if 15063 is the RTM why is Donna teasing us with "no build today"? Will they release a new build for a point update? I don't remember doing that in the past.

I'm still on 15061 and I don't want to upgrade to 15063 and find out that a few hours later or tomorrow we get another build.
She is playing with us, it's obvious. She can't confirm that 15063 is RTM, so she just continues saying "no builds today" as nothing happened...
There won't be any Fast or Slow ring build for a few weeks, definitely. But the truth is, we are still waiting for 15063 to appear in the Release preview ring, which is also Insider ring.

it is all ready in the slow ring

Yes but what I'm saying is that there will be further 15063.xxx releases in the slow ring before being released to RP and then going live.

I doubt there will be 15063.xxx versions released for download beyond 15063.0 for PC in the next few weeks. It may be that updates during setup will bring 15063.2 to the installation.

All point upgrades for (Insider) 15063 systems already installed will likely be via cumulative updates, in the immediate future, possibly starting today (Tuesday), until some time in the more distant future when ISO downloads become available with more up-to-date point upgrade numbers.

update it fully to 14393.970, opt in for Insider builds (Fast or Slow, 15063 is on both), and wait.

From 14393.969 I had to wait for almost 38 hours before being offered 15063 update.

But I understand the Creators Update to be complete; that is, that the most recent Windows 10 Insiders Preview release, build 15063, is in fact the “RTM” version of this upgrade. And I’ve long pointed to early April as the public release date. But no matter how you view the schedule, it’s clear that the Creators Update release is imminent.
