If this is truly the case,
the post warning against it should be removed to take away the confusion.
    It is the case.
And why do you care what I do and how I decided to do what I do??

Don't you have better things to worry about?? I would hope so.

Maybe it's on their servers for pre-release to vendors. Possible?
That is entirely possible, but this is the type ESD that I have seen download when using MCT in the past. That is what drew my interest to post #490 to begin with.

The is no trouble. You did nothing wrong. I was just trying to help some people understand how Microsoft uses various different ESD types as I understand it. If I am wrong then so be it and I will admit such.

Anyone using multiple tabs in Edge most of the time willing to test this, as it happens absolutely every time to me I would like to know if it's just me and my PC ghosts or is this something happening to others as well:

Five or more tabs, select one and open it on new window, move to other display

On that new window open a tab or two more. Browse as you would do normally, switching between your two open Edge windows. Let the second Edge window stay open at least a few minutes.

When you then close the second Edge and continue browsing on the one that's left, somewhere between 3 and 10 minutes after closing the second one it just closes by itself without any whatsoever signs of freezing or craash. It just suddenly closes. At least this happens to me, absolutely every time. Close second Edge, first closes automatically a few minutes later.

    @Kari
I can't test that now, but I have had that happen in the past.

Happened the same way, closing second Edge, the first closes itself a bit later?

    I already posted link:
...and indeed it works fine...had already used it myself once in an earlier UUP build that I could not get to download through WU (the last couple of UUP builds have come through WU and upgraded my previous build without a problem--so I don't need the iso to upgrade currently.)

Are all insider builds retail? I know mine currently is and was at the beginning of the insider program. Did the free Windows 10 upgrade change OEM to retail?

Anyone getting a crash inserting a hypertext with any Office 2016 product in this version of Windows?

The crashes all relate to the same DLL ucrtbase.dll.

As soon as I rollback to actual windows version 14393.970 the issue is non existent.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks
