I've just read on Reddit that MS is suffering a DDOS attack. Seems to be effecting everything from Xbox to Outlook and Windows Store.

Yes, I noticed difficulties logging in to Outlook Live, OneDrive and sending Account verification info.

Nothing official yet (aside from the Xbox Team acknowledging service issues), but there are a couple of threads on r/Windows10 and this post on r/XboxOne.

Which is why you shouldn't put /limitacess.

If you do that you are telling DISM *not* to check with WU for things it can't find on the .wim.

Mind you it still doesn't work for me anyway. In fact at the moment it just hangs as it can't contact their servers.
