Just noticed a problem with Mail, it's not displaying any messages in All accounts mode, only when I switch to one of them it shows messages from that particular Account. Live tile also doesn't display anything and on top of that Notifications don't show any arriving messages.
Yup, looks like a bug as I get the same symptoms after sending an email to myself. Won't answer it, though, as I try not to talk to myself...

I copied install.wim to root of C; and it still can't find it.

Are they breaking DISM on us, or have commandline options changed, or have they broken paths?

I don't think the problem is DISM, but the files containing the package and file information, some info still in the list of files needed for full health, but they are not present in install WIM, nor the system.

Apparently, we are not alone. Must need a fix or new commandline option to make it work.

No, the problem may not be in DISM itself, but their current modus operandi with the upgrade methodology is still breaking DISM. Which is a tactic Microsoft is quite fond of purporting to use testers on any given IP build lol.

I suspect it has to do with paths, as something it is looking for is no longer where it is looking for it at.

Seems to be running fine for the most part, just one problem , if it is a problem ?, it keep saying I need to check/update my insider details to continue to receive new builds . via the little messages it leaves in the notifications.
but when I check there isn't anything to do/change.
had this message 3-4 times in the last 3hrs since using the latest update.

Is MS having server issues or something? I can't use Store or the Feedback Hub as neither can connect.

I just tried Store and it barely works. Gave me a message that I need internet which I obviously have but after couple of times it opened. Same thing happened on the phone so I guess they do have some problems although after few tries it updated Kodi and Store itself.
