It's disappointing to see only two fixes for PC and still so many that still need fixing. I suspect that there will be at least one more release.

Like what? Granted my laptop might be an outlier, but this build and the previous ones have been working flawlessly for me (apart from Edge freezing or acting slowly, but this has been the case ever since Edge was created by Microsoft).

Unlike an earlier post Build 15063 has not shown up on the Slow Ring. I've switched back to Fast Ring. There it is still bombing at Preparing to install 80%. A $Windows.~BT directory is created but with only 80kb

I'm not having a good feeling about this.

Small download again. Only 1.3 GB for me. UUP2ISO finished, ...restarting.

I don't think Build 15063 is supposed to show up to Slow Ring Insiders. It is meant for Fast Ring Insiders only. As to your concern regarding slow processing times with this build, I have experienced the same thing with my laptop. Usually (especially the last two builds), the builds were downloaded and ready to be installed within 45-50 minutes on my internet connection. This one, for whatever reason, took close to 90 minutes to be ready to be installed!

So be patient, it might work out, even though it takes significantly longer than previous builds.

The rest will be fixed via point releases, it's not a problem.

Check the list of outstanding bugs that need fixing before release.

An odd thing on my Insider VM I just found.
The MRT(Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool) version was from Dec 2016
When I started it, to run, it offered me a link to Microsoft's download site, to get the current version, which I did of course

So much for their bragging about how safe Windows 10 is becoming.
They're not even updating their basic security stuff, that has been around for years, between builds
The would rather turn my desktop into an Xbox or Windows Phone
