That is interesting that your wife is able to stream Netflix while you are downloading this build. Whenever I am downloading a build, it is basically sabotaging my entire bandwidth and video streaming crawls to a halt if not at 144p! Must have some decent internet where you live!

Hyper-V VM and 2 remote VMs are in the process off upgrading. They will succeed I'm quite sure. On this physical machine I set my Windows Insider level to the slow ring (since that apparently has 15063 RTM) and will try to upgrade on the next reboot (after Hyper-V finishes). Has anybody created an ISO? Is there even going to be one with this final release?

Finally got it installed after creating my bootable usb stick. The download from 95%-->100% was a lot longer than in any other recent previous builds (15061, 15060, 15058, etc). Only irregular part of the download/install process this time around.

Isn't the Release Preview kind of a Public Beta for all non-Insiders to be able to download for their build 14953?

That is my point, you can only use that ring when the build you are running is an official release build. The same will apply to CU release. However, this still might not be final build but has all the hallmarks - so it must be due very soon.
