Hey guy, sorry if this has been asked before.

Is there more or less of a certainty that the 15063 is the RTM version of the Creators Update?
No, it is not certain, we know for sure, when it gets released to the public. If this knowledge is important, then try to be patient. We need MS confirmation before anything is certain.

What incomplete features are you referring to? Want to test those out.
Game mode for instance, not doing much if anything.
Storage sense has only automatic mode but it's supposed to be tied up with Disk cleanup to be effective.
I can's get Share experience to share anything with my phone.
Can't remember them all now but there are some buttons and switches that do nothing as reserved for future use.

It is working fine for me and I have close to 90 non-MS programs installed with no problems - at least none relating to the OS itself
Still I feel like we are in a holding pattern here. As for any build be "official" there are at least 3 images of build 15603.xx out there which differ in size a fair amount. I wish there was a way to do an update like openSUSE by adding an image update media to see if there are deltas that could be applied. However I guess that's like saying why can't a dog be more like a cat :)

Wrong comparison, you haven't seen my cats and dogs.

Had the weirdest experience opening Device Manager.
Three apps were open on desktop.
    Two appeared as normal.
All lettering in Device Manager was leaping up and down like a dervish....I kid you not.
Managed to post it live on Feedback Hub, left it running for a while so they could see it for themselves.

Yes, Marty, you could call it a holding pattern. Just checked the Tweet Trough, and it still says this. It's only a bit after 10:40am out there:
