The Build Number 15063.XX -1703 is What one used to call RTM. That does not mean that there will not be a 15063.2 build. MS has until the 31st to sign off on it. Why would there still be builds in builds Feed like 15064 and why would Dona be talking about more builds? There are still known issues in this build. I would not want a Final release that is still Buggy! Paul Thurrut knows about as much as I do about when this build will be final and what final build number it is. At the end of the day, it really does not matter..:)

They could keep pushing new insider builds and at the same time push a CU when the RTM actually hits the streets.
At this point they have to hammer down a final build to ship out and I would think that 15063 is it.

    Just may 2c on it.
    YMMV

the build number will change to 15063. something after it patches like the 14393 does but 15063 is certainly RTM even though Microsoft will never call it that in public

You can find below the download links for the 64-bit and 32-bit ISOs files:

It’s not clear yet if the Windows 10 build 15063 is the Creators Update RTM build, but the fact that the latest bits are now available through both the Fast and Slow rings plus these ISO files strongly suggests it. If this is the case, Redmond still has some time to fix the remaining known issues with this build with cumulative updates. Microsoft is expected to start rolling out the Creators Update to select PCs on April 11, and we should learn more about the company’s plans in the coming days.
Microsoft releases ISOs for Windows 10 Creators Update build 15063 | On MSFT

The build will sty as 15063 but the build that you have on your machine today may not be the same after a CU comes out. If that is how MS is going to do it. I will just wait and see if there is a CU or a new build. We should know later today.
