Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10
If the ISO you made doesn't have recovery option you can use another, or macrium boot disk or PE. Anything to give you a command line.
Yeah, I think we have to work on that for next update of our Windows update-files to ISO creation tools. The ISO's we create are almost perfect, only small things missing that are not following MS standards to 100%. I am certain we can get the WinRE added to the boot.wim the proper way. That should not be that hard... ... ...I think... ;-)
