I've just read on Reddit that MS is suffering a DDOS attack. Seems to be effecting everything from Xbox to Outlook and Windows Store.
Didn't notice it in my neck of the woods--I use only Outlook.com of the three you mentioned. I seldom ever check the Windows store. Although, I only check Outlook every 12-14 hours or so, so maybe I simply missed all the fun---drat, foiled again... j/k

The mobile build has issues which can't even be considered for an RTM release.
Having said that it could be an app issue as it occurs only with msn news. I can be reading the news and it suddenly closes and returns to the desktop

For now, I just tell it to shut up. If it's not supported, don't try to run! It'll get put back and enabled again on next build, and maybe it will run.
