Until you can set your insider level as "Release Preview" it's not the final build.

Uh yeah... But Release Preview isn't in the drop down box in 15058.

I think that we will get one more build that is still beta and then the following one after that will be either the next build or the very last build before the next one, unless there is another one after the last one that will make the next one more-or-less the same one.

Based on what I've heard about Microsoft procedures in the past:
15058 may be the first release candidate. There should be several more candidates (perhaps 2 or 3).
Then Microsoft will vote on all the candidates. The winner is the RTM (Creators Update).
