Hey guys and gals,
We have not had our usual "guess the final build number" posts.
My first guess - 15079.
If I was to guess, it would be last build without cautions of what may go wrong. That very well could be RTM. When would that be is when they think they fixed everything.
My first guess - 15080,"We are sorry Windows encountered a problem and needs to be patched"
Thank you for trying out the new "GSOD" We hope the Green color keeps you calm, and does not make you mad.
We will patch the new Creators update as soon as our Team comes back from holiday, next month.
Please be patient, and enjoy the Green Screen of Death.
Thank You
Microsoft is always at the forefront in developing new ideas, they do not always work out for the consumer, but we believe that is because of your faulty hardware.
Language packs are being prepared for 15063, they do it only for RTM or release candidates.
Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 15063 for PC and Mobile
- The upgrade path from the Windows 10 Anniversary Update (Build 14393) to this Windows 10 Creators Update build is not yet live and will be live tomorrow morning.
- You will be unable to download new (additional) language packs on this build. Currently installed language packs will not be impacted. These will go live later this week.
That is absolutely not true!
Language packs have been available In all but four Technical Preview and Insider Preview builds since October 1st 2014, some builds have been released without language packs but have got them later on like 15061 which got them two days after its release, on Sunday night / early Monday morning depending on where you are located.
Four builds have totally lacked language packs, a couple more like 15061 have been released without them but they have been released later on, before next build release.
I know this for sure, I hope you don't even try to argue with me about this subject. I need and use on daily basis Finnish, Swedish and German language packs and occasionally also French having separate user accounts set up for each language (it makes multilingual Windows a piece of cake, just switch user to one using display language you need).
The reason I know for sure there has only been four builds totally without language packs is the fact that as I can't even think of installing Windows if language packs are not available, I have therefore been forced to skip a build four times because of this.
Here's Build 15042 Enterprise x64 EN-US I installed now just to get this screenshot and to upgrade to 15063, Swedish (Svenska) language pack already installed, Finnish (Suomi) installing at the moment, UK English and German (Deutsch) language packs available waiting to be installed:
Just one example.
