Thanks Kari. I thought that was right.

Mike....I am referring only to those still stuck on Build 15055.
Actually, I can confirm that theory indirectly. After repeated Retry.... Retry.... Retry... I restored my Macrium image of 15048 from just before 15055. Update 15048>15058 zipped thru without a burp!

Thank you Dick for more or less proving my theory.

I was not expecting anything else from you.

You posted that my tool is not working. It works, perfectly I might add. You admit you did not bother to check the tutorial thread. And because of that, you really let other users in this thread to understand that it does not work.

And I'm the bad guy :)

Thanks for not changing my opinion about you. My sincere apologies, once again, that I corrected you although I know very well you do not tolerate being corrected, however wrong you are.

    Kari
In my post I just stated that my download had the extra files and that I couldn't make the ISO. If you remember this happened before and on the next release MS had gone back to the original files and we could make the ISO. I do apologize for the misunderstanding and given you the idea that I was saying your program didn't work. That was never my intention. I understand and appreciate the hard work you did and continue to do to make this program work. I don't subscribe to threads on this or any forums because I get enough notices as it is. When a thread gets to long I don't always go back and read the older post. Apparently this is what happened when you posted about your program being updated. Also your not a bad guy. We just don't always agree. :)

Thanks, so may I conclude that the /15058 is a no-go for the UUPtoISO tool or even the upgrade itself?

    Cheers
Kari has a updated version that works with this build.

Yup, you were, apparently I was mis-remembering. I remember (incorrectly) that it changed as soon as the first build was released this month. Sorry for the confusion on my part.

Soon I will feel the need to pinch myself...another seamless, faultless upgrade install to 15058 from 15055! This is a habit I can get used to...
