Would have to be an optimist of higher caliber to expect it.
Yeah. As far as I can remember we have never got builds in two working days a row.

I hope they don't release one on Patch Tuesday.

anyone having problems with shut down just started doing this after latest update
on clicking on shut down in menu laptop seams to shut down the screen is black and no fan on but the lights are on on the front of laptop and the on off button is still lit up.
the only way to start it up is to keep finger on button till the lights go out then press again to start up

Try this, it can be reversed. It will turn off Fast Startup.
At command prompt, copy/paste this, then enter:
Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10
powercfg -h off
To turn it back on:
powercfg -h on
May help nothing, but Fast Startup seems to be a hit or miss thing. It works, then doesn't, then does.

C:\Users\goatt>powercfg -h off
Unable to perform operation. An unexpected error (0x65b) has occurred: Function failed during execution

Trying doing it as an admin. Maybe it will work.

Gotta use an Administrator Command prompt, elevated command prompt. If that doesn't work, your system doesn't support hibernation anyway. I think.

Uh..... you want to do just the OFF and restart, not both together.
