Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 15055 for PC and Mobile Insider

Stock weather app not working. Anyone else?
It's possible that's because of this, from the release notes:
There is a bug in this build that can cause a number of inbox apps to fail to launch (such as Store). If you run into this, you can reset the app by going to
Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Store > Advanced Options and pressing the “Reset” button. which should allow you to use the app as normal. However, please note this issue also prevents you from taking any app updates from the Store. A workaround for this is to uninstall the app and reinstall the app from the Store. This issue will be fixed in the next build.

My weather app worked right out of the box, whether or not.

Yes, uninstalling and reinstalling worked:)

I think there's a way to tell if UUPtoISO is likely to be successful. It depends what you find in ActionList.xml
If in the first section, all "Package Payload Types" are "Canonical", then you are good to go. If any are "Express" then beware, it may not be successful.
If you can parse the xml and sum the "DownloadSize" values, then you should have an idea of how large the full package will be.
I'd be grateful if one of the coders here could provide a script that would do just that!
Any Takers?
I must admit I've only vaguely been following the UUPtoISO story, so I may have misunderstood, but isn't that what @sliceendice has done here?

Yes, exactly!
UPDATE: Just made the 15055 ISO out of the UUP files, using my tool. No problems. After capturing of the folders that are expanded the files needed for successful ISO creation is 3.34GB for 15055 Pro.
UPDATE2: From the ActionList.xml, my tool parses the Media section. Captures each folder using the PackagePath parameter as folder name, Id parameter as the Package name (--> [Id-value].esd) and does only this for folders/packages that has the parameter PackageType="Expanded".

I waited whole night and nothing happened with UUP off. This morning UUP turned on and it downloaded and installed fine. Yes weather APP don't work. Wonder what else ?
So it's consensus that install.esd and making ISO are officially out of order ? My ISO museum will suffer. I did only one clean install (on this machine) since W7 because 15002 wouldn't install as update but making ISO did help couple of times when other methods failed.

Posted this earlier today in ESD tut thread:
Has anyone managed to get 15055 upgrade as ESD? I have one physical machine and two virtual machines set for ESD upgrade (UUP disabled), none of those have found upgrade yet.
It for sure looks it's EOL for ESD method.

I think I can say UUPtoISO works -but stupidly I did not leave enough space for the ISO - but running setup from the ISOFOLDER works.
Not exactly what Slicendice has cleverly done - I only posted a method that indicates whether Kari's UUPtoISO will be able to produce a successful ISO or if unlikely to do so.
Slicendices protocol works on all possible download types AFAIK.
I have found this time, and previously that UUPtoISO will work if the download is right - in Microsoft's terminology - with "Canonical" "Package Payload types" or "cab" "PackageTypes" is found as in post #100 in this thread.
