Tried multiple times on several different PCs and personally I'm not able to upgrade by UUP. My ISP just isn't capable. My upload speed is limited to 7-8% of My download speed which isn't too fast to start with. When I try to exceed 80% of the crappy upload speed anything I'm trying to download gets corrupted. Always been that way, always will be as long as ATT is the only non-Satellite Provider I can get. Upgrading from 15048 to 15055 by UUP requires Me to upload at 90-100% of the Max upload speed I'm capable of getting during the entire download, so the upgrade either Fails, or if I can get it installed is too corrupted to use.
Hmmm, I wonder if you can force your system to limit your upload speeds for your computer, using settings for the NIC? That might help a bit.

Or have you already tried that?

wow! but it does not update itself automatically?
I started the update check on my laptop, and came back to it updating itself automatically once it was outside of the range I had set for active hours.

On my main desktop, it threw up a prompt asking me to update, or wait, or cancel, but that was during active hours.

And the exact command would be????? It just sits there saying @echo off and if I click it or touch it, it beeps! I've never used this before.

Interesting. Every clean install up to build 15046 (or whichever was the last one I did) installed IE11 along with Edge. Is this something that changed with the newest build(s)?
Server 2016 which is the server side of Windows 10 doesn't even include Edge. IE is very much a part of Windows still, it can be removed though.

Skipped a few pages after the above replies, realizing that it had only been 3 days since the posts were originally made lol.

OK, back on track, sort of. I think that I am creating a couple of VMs only this time, and I will be using at least 1 for testing MB 3, and another just for Ss&Gs. Maybe.

I went to play Mass Effect last night, and the Night Light feature automatically turned off (I suppose because I have game mode enabled on the machine). Still, it was nice to see it happen in real time, though.

Yeah, I know it is still part of the inherent functionality of Windows, even after the whole Win 7 IE integration fiasco. It just seemed like someone was stating that you had to specifically enable IE11 when clean installing, so I was wondering if this was new to a recent build, as I've not manually enabled it and it is there...

Unless I enabled it a very long time ago and it is remembering my settings through my Microsoft login - but if that is the case, then WTF does Explorer keep forgetting my layout settings in terms of how wide I make the tree pane?

Ahh, see, now you've given me a reason to make a 3rd VM (technically 5th, as I would start with a new Win 7 Pro key in this VM) without logging in to my M$ account to see if IE is installed by default without any settings adjustment or not....
