Tried multiple times on several different PCs and personally I'm not able to upgrade by UUP. My ISP just isn't capable. My upload speed is limited to 7-8% of My download speed which isn't too fast to start with. When I try to exceed 80% of the crappy upload speed anything I'm trying to download gets corrupted. Always been that way, always will be as long as ATT is the only non-Satellite Provider I can get. Upgrading from 15048 to 15055 by UUP requires Me to upload at 90-100% of the Max upload speed I'm capable of getting during the entire download, so the upgrade either Fails, or if I can get it installed is too corrupted to use.

Can anybody confirm this bug in Windows defender ..
In Firewall and network settings click on Advanced... Starting with UAC notification windows asking, if I allow program to start, then just returning back to Defender centre.

For me, clicking on 'Advanced Settings' there does nothing, I have to access it through Control Panel.

They are slowly moving all of the entries to Settings. This midpoint can sometimes be annoying, never know where is the working one.

Go to Settings, Updates and Security, and then click on Advanced options. On the lower left click on Choose how updates are delivered. Make sure the option to get updates from more than one place is turned off.
