IE installed by default for me through upgrade. Didn't know you had to reinstall it after a clean install of the OS.

Edge is THE web browser. IE is optional for compatibility and old web application support.

It's hiding, but not in Control Panel. Using a link

Using slicendice's tool if you will pardon the expression, I made an ISO from UUP and am installing in Hyper-v.

I've been told to stop playing and start painting, I ask ya.
