    That said, I've read a number of Paul Thurrot's post, but obviously not at his site. Had I not seen the above I would have argued you down

    Well, Cortana is their *****, umm, I mean employee/tool, so obviously.
    I was just revising my tweaks and there are ~8 ways, MS delivers ADs, so far.
    You can not even disable some of them, because they randomized, like services.

    And Microsoft really wonder why people are so reluctant to move from earlier versions to their shining new lovely helpful (coughs) O.S.
