Maybe this is an opportunity to find out from the Gurus why the term " deprecate" is used when talking about software and software features.
According to the dictionaries I have, "deprecate" means two things:
verb: express disapproval of, and;
verb: another term for "depreciate".
Neither of these two definitions seem to fit what is implied by MS in this information document. So why use the term?
Next and more to the point of this information document.
Does this mean that control over flash autorun is now removed from the user, or, does it mean flash will no longer be supported within Edge altogether?By default, Flash autorun in Edge is turned off. Use the Click-to-Run (C2R) option instead. (This setting can be changed by the user.)
