I had to reinstall win 8.1 because my computer got so messed up was trying to update from 15031 to 15042 it never installed then tried 15046 didnt happen I couldnt revert back to earlier build now im stuck trying to download win 10 to start over not having much luck using hughesnet and everybody must be on line right now. windows update to win 10 is just spinning not downloading. Ill get this cpu going at some point.

Well after 4 day's going back to win 8.1 then having to download win 10 again I finally finished installing build 15048 this morning havent had time yet to explore this build yet. I hope to do better at backing up my system than I did last time. 3/6/17:)

The update to 15048 failed. I was presented with a screen which had only the options to Enter (try again - brought back the screen) or F8 Startup Options (which didn't do anything) or F9 Boot another operating system, which, instead of allowing me to boot Windows Server 2016 booted right into Windows 10 (build 15046). The Orchestratraorjust turned off. I'm now going to see if the UUP update picks up ...Yes it's downloading now. Since I have the 15048 ISO I'll now see if UUP works. No doubt I can find more information in the event logs and I re-installed EventLogExplorer for later use. This is juicy geek food. :)

There is an acronym for my experience trying to install Build 15048

    FUBAR

At least I was able to reset the computer back to Build 15046. I'm remaining on the Slow Ring for awhile

O yeah. I do have the Build 15048 ISO for use on a VM - where it belongs

I understand need to issue frequently near release for bug fixing but I am totally underwhelmed by this release hot in heels of two others. Twice a week at most for bug fixes is imo perfectly adequate.

Installed in a Hyper-V VM. Running fine there. The watermark flashed briefly when the desktop first came.

I found first Bug in this edition. I run a game called Galaxy Control in windowed mode, and when I resize the width of the windows, it automatically start to shrink the width one pixel per second until the windows has reached the minimum width allowed for this game.
