Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 15048 for PC & Build 15047 for Mobile Insider

Hi, Dave.... did you see something that would indicate that? Been watching Dona's Tweets and haven't seen anything.
Pure speculation:
Dona having not tweeted "No build today" yet (at the moment it's 21:20 UTC, 1:20 PM Dona's PST) is usually a good sign for midnight build (Europe) / late afternoon build (Redmond).
Quite often those "No build" tweets come earlier.

as you see she said builds not just build

Quite true. Usually right at dinner time! U.S. EDT

I reckon if you were to put in a non-kosher Prodkey in slmgr-IPK or settings, activation and deactivated it, then returned the prodkey to the correct, original key, it would probably lose the watermark etc., and show fully licensed. I'm on the wrong PC to try that at the moment, though.
Only thing that happens is "Unable to reach activation servers" under 'Activation'
No other changes happen.

Aren't you a bit ahead of your time (pun intended)? As far as I know DST will start for most of US in few days, Sunday the 12th (exceptions: Hawaii and parts of Arizona), hence I assume you meant dinner time EST, not EDT
Next weeks builds might then come dinner time EDT.
Of course, what do I know, this side of the pond...

WU seems stuck re-installing • Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.237.885.0) over and over. Anybody seeing this behavior? Does not appear that a new build will be released but I remember one time it occurred late at night.

No, I put in the Technet KMS installation key, with slmgr /ipk ....., then slmgr /ato, which sent the license state into notification.
I then put back the generic Windows 10 pro key in the same way, and it activated again, but sadly, with no loss of watermark, nor evaluation time limit removal.
As noted above, it seems to be a fluke.
