That's a stumper. If winver shows 15046 you should have this in update history. Not sure what to tell you. You might want to open a thread in https://www.tenforums.com/installation-upgrade/ , see if anybody has run across this. A Disk Cleanup and Restart may straighten it out, just not sure.

Dick, I did a disk cleanup and rebooted last night. I also left the above information in the feedback hub. First time that this has happened and I have installed every Insider build since the beginning of the program. I'm going to leave it and see if there is a fix in the next update (If it updates to a new version at all).
