After a random thought tonight, and lots of testing, I've figured out my gaming problems on recent Windows 10 Insider builds. If I have my Xbox One S controller connected via bluetooth, then I get massive stuttering in game after a bit. If I plug in the controller via USB cable, the stuttering never occurs. I've submitted feedback to Microsoft here if anyone else runs into the issue: Feedback Hub - Windows Insider Program
That's odd. Although, I will say that, in trying to set up the auto locking feature, using a Bluetooth connection to my phone, it recognized and connected the first time, and then after disconnecting, it refused to connect again. I if is a similar issue I experienced with trying to use BT on Windows 7 with another BT dongle.

I have an XBox 360 wireless controller, and I was playing Watch Dogs 2 last night without an issue using that controller, which, though, is not BT. The wireless receiver connects to my computer via USB.

Just a quick question to you:

Is your game an online game? And are you connected to internet using Wi-Fi? Wi-Fi and Bluetooth share same antenna and the internet speed sometimes degrades a lot because of this. Having an external BT dongle solves this issue.
Interesting. Never thought of that. May have to try with my laptop and verify of this occurs with me, as well.
