That's interesting. I've just noticed the release notes say 32bit PCs blocked. How the hell did I get it then.

I believe so. I will set a machine or to get the next upgrade after today's 15042 as ESD to see if this was a glitch, a one timer, or if ESD has been killed.

The Windows blog has been updated.

UPDATE: PCs running 32-bit (x86) versions of Windows 10 Insider Preview builds should be able to receive this build just fine! We fixed the bug.

Right and it opens new Security Center (which didn't do much till now) instead of just Defender as before.
