OK seems MS blocking UUP off hack. As soon as I turned UUP on and checked my download started. Has anyone else noticed or tried this?
Downloading with UUP off. Tried UUP last time and it was OK.

For me, there is no install.esd file! 2 computers, both downloaded, wanting to reboot - #1 rebooting now, the other one I have not yet clicked the button!
Has anybody else seen this. Does anybody know where the install.esd file disappeared to?

Probably didn't even appear if UUP was on and if it was off it would be deleted after reboot and installation.
P.S. Turned UUP on and it immediately started to initialize update.

UUP was turned of with the Registry edits. Checked for the install.esd file before rebooting on the number 1 machine. Still have not rebooted the number 2 machine. Have searched for "install.esd" in the entire C:\ folder, not there!

Should be in $WINDOWS.~BT>Sources folder.

CountMike, I have searched in $WINDOWS.~BT folder and every other folder in the C:\ drive, IT IS NOT THERE!
The # 1 machine is booting now (84%). # 2 machine I have NOT clicked the reboot button yet.

Could be that MS is sabotaging non UUP download.

Not true. Various ESD machines (UUP disabled) downloading 15042 at the moment.

OK thanks Kari. I went ahead and did my first UUP download and am using your awesome tutorial to create UUPtoISO and is working perfectly. Thanks for a well done tutorial!!
