What about update to Adobe Flash Player for Edge in the meantime?

John, doubt there will be one...maybe, don't know. Searched high and low and there isn't a way I could find to independently update it. Best move, if there are concerns, is to disable Flash in Edge temporarily or switch browser temporarily. IE uses same, so that's out. Maybe somebody else has a trick.

Delaying it until March makes the most sense and the less disruptive option for businesses. Rather than releasing them mid month.

Agreed. Not knowing is usually the hardest thing, now we know. If there is a serious security issue, they can always do an out-of-band patch. It's been done before. Maybe one for Edge ActiveX. (Hint, hint...MS)

That is the greatest news I heard today.

MS should releases Feb patch within a week, delay to Mar will make things even worse. Mar got its own patches as well. A combined patch is going to be huge.
