"Do as I tell you, not as I do" was my late father's favourite saying. Seems I'm just like him, nagging to others about importance of something then not following those instructions by myself.

I always keep telling other geeks "Read the release notes before deciding if you can upgrade", yet already second time I didn't read them myself. I have to roll back to 15025 because 15031 does not allow me using wireless display (only way to get three displays on standard laptop). If I had read the Insider blog post, known issues, I had seen this:

You will not be able to launch the Connect UX via Action Center, Win + K, or Settings (it will crash upon launch). This will impact wireless projection scenarios.
    S**t!

I usually do but got distracted (GF's fault) by dinner and vine, makes you forget most other tasks.

That's why I spent two days trying to get the 32bit version of 15025 to download.

LOL good to know I'm not alone.

Someone as vain as I am, it's good to be reminded every now and then that I am not perfect, to keep the built-in vanity in manageable levels

Action Center notifications still busted for me and MS workaround of repositioning the Taskbar still does not work either!

So far this is a really nice build. I disabled the UUP to grab the ESD and the download was rather fast. The only hang up was due to Office 2013 updates that occurred before the insider download.

fixed the %99 thing by using tweaking.com windows repair and selecting to fix windows update from the list (working solution compared to everything else).

    This Build is unstable!
Numerous glitches including Action Center and Settings/Devices,
entire desktop flashes intermittently, (every minute or so), with certain apps open,
still can't type into dialog boxes, (how the h*ll do you suggest I verify my identity on this PC if I can't type or paste the code into the dialog box!!!)....
the list goes on and on.......

Have you checked for any driver updates? I was having problems on the 15025 build and a updated graphics driver solved my problems.
