This build is running great so far. Sleep, Restart and Shutdown are working the way they are supposed to. :)

- once it's downloaded and installed - on first reaching Windows
- sit tight for 10 minutes, and let it settle in.. it's takes some time to calm down..
After working with it for a couple of hours, I find the notification panel to be intermittent. Sometimes it shows normal, next time it shows no text or any graphics. I also noticed that when visiting web sites, if your UN or PW is blank, usually I can type in the first letter and it will auto populate. My UN is visible but when you select it, it does not populate the UN box, same with PW. This happens on search also. FF & Edge both do it.
Just now looked at forum and saw new build. Downloading on both computers. Guess I've had too busy a day!
And what a smooth, quick and overall very joyful upgrade it has been for me.
After my previous post I went downstairs to have a well deserved drink, watching some debate about our upcoming elections here in The Netherlands (a.k.a. bla-bla-bla). Needed a break from that very bad, so I went back. My VM had already rebooted, logged-in and installed/updated the VMTools and my Eset Smart Security as being the necessary routine every upgrade.
Up-and-running!
As mentioned by others, the Settings > Devices is borked in my system too, checked and all drivers were installed properly:
So no issues with any device at all:
Upcoming weekend I post my +/- list of my findings and of course some Q's untill then.
Off-topic:
I also renamed all my VM-WIN10IP-CLEAN/UPGRADES for better and easier viewing in Finder AND for the network requirement of using the 15 characters limit and to administer / connect them better with my macOS.
VM-WIN10-15031u for the upgrades
VM-WIN10-15031c for the clean installs
I just love Clean-and-Mean-machines!
Cheers

Finally got the build installed onto my desktop! It took only 26 minutes on my 3rd and last attempt to completely download the build and after that it took 53 minutes to install the build on my desktop (VMWare on a spinning HDD).
On my laptop, having an SSD, it took 54 minutes to completely download the build. Haven't yet installed the build. Will update this post when I have installed the build. So some pains to download the build on my desktop virtualization, but on my laptop, the download the process went smoothly.
Good for you, because you've had a PITA upgrade cycle.
FWIW: I have my VM-WIN10-15013u installed on a SSD and all previous are stored on HDD. When the final version is released I'm planning to CLEAN install that build on a SSD. Updated my current version of Windows 10 from Windows 8 > 8.1 HDD > Windows 10 SSD.
This is a great moment to build my Windows from scratch again imho.
The VMs are updating very well. My Hyper-V VM is at 86% downloaded and I have enough bandwidth to post this anyway
LOL, bad day for a new IP release. Does not fit my schedule at all. You guys seem to have updated a long time ago. I can't just yet, too much still going on, on my test machine.
Hang on to your hats, I will do the updates tomorrow or on Saturday.
I just upgraded to 15031, and it's getting faster, only 50 minutes this time.
***from original postGoing to Settings > Devices will crash the Settings app. You will be unable to pair a Bluetooth device. Bluetooth quick actions from Action Center also does not work.
When I click Devices in Settings, the Settings app crashes though(I was warned, but had to try)
It's a bug! Time to use these, on my PC I guess:
