Nothing is happening right now, at least when looking at task manager, while I am stuck at 99% for a good 45 minutes!

One, for you personally here is, Kari:

I hope that eternal sleep will not come too soon, at least not before I've seen the official launch of Windows 10 Creators Update

When upgrading from build 15025 to 15031 from Windows Update, it restarts and "installing" gets up to 100%. When it turns back on though it says "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired error code: 0x000000e". I can fix it by going into my BIOS and jumping back out. The update doesn't complete, and it's still on 15025. I've tried doing the update twice, same issue.
Did a clean install and the SAME THING happened. I fixed it by disabling MSI Fast Boot in my BIOS.

Action center appears to be busted. Done all the tricks. Including clean install. Works once, maybe, then nothing. Tiles go nowhere. Had to pin Settings to taskbar.

    Build 15031

Downloaded 15031, copied the esd file and updated with limited problems. Rebooted twice so that everything settled down. Downloaded Kari's latest ESDtoISO files (my older ones did not work) and created an ISO. Ran Disk Cleanup and all seems stable.

After sitting at 99% for a good 3 hours, the status changed to downloading the Windows Defender Update. Upon closing and reopening the WU app, the status changed to reading that the update failed and to try again. For the 3rd time, WU is downloading build 15031 again.

Damn. Everyone here seems to be having such an easy installation experience and here I am having issues downloading the update.

    This sucks!

Looks like 3rd time is the charm, as the process is going smoothly with no slowdowns!

Edit: Ready to restart to install the newest build after taking 24 minutes (or 4 hours and 24 minutes if I include the errors WU encountered when I restarted the computer when it was stuck at 99%....)
