When upgrading from build 15025 to 15031 from Windows Update, it restarts and "installing" gets up to 100%. When it turns back on though it says "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired error code: 0x000000e". I can fix it by going into my BIOS and jumping back out. The update doesn't complete, and it's still on 15025. I've tried doing the update twice, same issue.
I think the release notes from Dona say that :

PC Build 15019: Windows Update Issues - Microsoft Community
Just got a notification from action center to delete windows old to save space, said ok. Will I regret it??
You guys need to work on a throttle for this UUP process. Even downloading 15031 in a VM is just taking over all the bandwidth in the house.
Wife wasn't happy!
Anyway this build is blazingly fast.
Downloading WI upgrade experiment #12,554 now... "To UUP or not to UUP?" seems my question of the hour! We shall see...
Antimalware explains it all. It has 625 files to check or thereabouts and 2.50 GB of compressed data, amounting to a system of probably 14GB expanded - takes time!
