This is what I've been wanting - happy now. I might not keep closing the wrong windows now...
Wenda.
First, read the EULA for yourself; don't take my word for it. It should be included within the packaging of your Office 2013. You may not be able to find it online; I've looked high and low for the EULA for Office 2013 and can no longer find it. Bear in mind that Microsoft has recently changed most of its licensing terms. I'm not sure how that works as I no longer use Office 2013.
However, here's what my former licenses for Microsoft Office told me:
A license for Microsoft Office up to and including Office 2010 has been for one desktop computer and one laptop. I think that could "safely" be translated as two computers, although most users would have only one desktop.
Beginning with Microsoft Office 2013, the license is for one computer, be it desktop or laptop. At first, it couldn't even be transferred to another computer even if the one it was originally installed on died or was stolen. After a backlash, Microsoft relented and gave its "permission" to change from one computer to the next, but in no circumstance was Office 2013 to be installed on more than one computer at the same time.
Now: I have often changed computers by building another one, buying another one, etc., so when I changed computers, I've often wondered why Office 2007, 2010, 2013, just activated rather than require me to call Microsoft.
As with my past experience (I've always kept myself "legal") with transferring from one computer to the next and your experience of installing on four computers (whether 2010 or 2013), it seems that technically it can be done, but legally, it isn't supposed to be done.
You clicked on Programs and Features, which should have taken you to the page where you normally would uninstall a program?
When I get to that page, I generally click on the "Name" tab to alphabetize the list; then go down the list to Microsoft Office which will have an icon that looks like this: .
And, I just went there again and guess what!?!? The Repair option is gone. I don't know if it's because my Office 365 doesn't need a repair or what!
At any rate, I've reinstalled Office 365 three times; once each for 10158, 10159, 10162, so that works as well.
One more thing, Al. Check to see if Office is on Build 16.0.4201.1006, just to see if you're on the same page as everyone else. To do this, open Word>Escape (to open a new document)>File>Account.
Office 2010 64 Bit is really fast compared to Office 2007 , but all I use is Outlook, Word and Excel.
I have developed a ghost icon on the taskbar for the store. The icon doesn't show, but rolling over the space will show the store thumbnail...

p.s. If you live in Japan, or at least purchased your software in Japan, you are still allowed 1 desktop and 1 laptop.
